Plan what to pack, then track your clean, dirty and drying clothes so you always know when you can stop doing laundry.
Pack & Wash answers the one question every long trip raises: do I still need to wash clothes, or do I already have enough clean ones to make it home? Build a packing list, tap as you wear, wash and dry, and the dashboard tells you exactly where you stand - all on your device, no account, no ads.
Why I built it
On longer trips I could never keep it straight in my head: how many clean shirts do I have left, is there enough underwear to make it home, or do I need to find a laundromat today? Or wash in the romm? I’d end up washing clothes I didn’t need to, or realising too late that I’d run out.
So I built a little tracker that just knows. You tell it your trip dates and what you packed, then tap as you wear, wash and dry things. It does the math and gives you a plain answer: you can stop washing, or here’s what still needs a wash to reach the end of the trip. Then I decided to move my excel of packing lists actually use into the app - and it’s all offline and private.

How does it know when I can stop doing laundry?
For each item you mark as “daily use”, it compares how many clean ones you have against the number of days left in the trip. If clean ones cover the remaining days, you’re done washing; otherwise it tells you exactly which items still need a wash.
How do I track laundry?
On each item tap Wore, Wash, Dried or Hotel as it moves through the cycle, or use the quick daily actions on the dashboard to update everything at once. Counts always add up to what you packed.
What is “Hotel“?
There are 2 ways I usually do laundry - manually in the room - wash in the sink and try in the room overnight, or use the hotel facility (self service or serviced). So the I put in all in the hotel facility I can simply click "hotel" and it mark it. Else - I use the manual option.
What is “Build my list”?
A quick generator: choose one or more trip types (beach, ski, road trip, city, business, hiking) plus optional add-on packs, and it suggests a tailored packing list - warm-weather items for a beach trip, cold-weather gear for skiing, car items for a road trip, and so on. You review and trim it before adding, and it skips anything you already have.
Can I reuse a packing list?
Yes. Once you’ve built a list you like, use Save as list on the Packing tab, then apply it to a future trip from Settings → Saved lists.
Are there widgets?
Yes - Home Screen and Lock Screen / StandBy widgets show the laundry verdict and trip countdown. The medium Home Screen widget even has “Wore today” and “Washed” buttons so you can log laundry without opening the app.
Is it available in Hebrew?
Yes. The whole app is available in English and Hebrew, with full right-to-left layout, and it follows your device language automatically (you can override it per-app in iOS Settings).
Does Pack & Wash collect any data?
No. It has no network access at all - no analytics, no accounts, no ads. Everything stays on your device. See the Privacy Policy.
